What's the process?

Like my itineraries, the planning process is flexible to meet your needs. Typically though, I ask you to complete the intake form on the Contact page.

I then schedule an initial call to get to know you and your fellow travelers more personally. During this time, I can help with decision-making and Q&As, like where to say in Paris or what other places in France you should visit.

Next, the planning elves (i.e. me) will get to work and will send you an initial draft of the itinerary. I'll take the time to review it with you and make any adjustments as needed.

I'm ready to work on your timeline and in your time zone!

What's included?

Your trip to France should be focused on simply enjoying the city, rather than craning your neck to read through restaurant reviews for lunch. Paris by BrookeTM will provide you with a plan that's crafted to help you experience Paris and not just see it.

By working with me, you'll receive the following:

Customized trip itinerary, from sunrise to sunset
Restaurant reservations that require calling (otherwise instructions and reservation links are provided); support selecting and booking museum tickets & tours
A Google Map with all of your itinerary's locales (upon request)
Input on hotels, best transportation, and tourist traps to avoid

What's the price?

The base fee for a 3-day guide is 175.00 USD, which includes the additional services and products mentioned above. For each additional day of your trip that I design, the fee is 45.00 USD.

Please note, these guides are comprehensive with the intention to leave you autonomous during your stay. If you would like additional support while in France, I provide "WhatsApp Concierge" services for 20.00 USD/day.

This includes making last-minute changes to your itinerary, helping you figure out the best way to get somewhere, and any last-minute needs- such as a massage after a long day or for a cafe in walking distance that serves matcha lattes.

The first half of the payment is due before our first consultation, and the second is due upon delivery of the guide.

What else? Where else?

Looking to travel outside of Paris? While Paris is my hometown and where I most intensely keep up with what's happening, I've traveled extensively around France- particularly in Brittany/Bretagne, Normandy, Provence, and Cote d'Azur. I am happy to help you craft an itinerary for these areas as well at a reduced rate.

Like planning, but need some guidance? I know there are some people (mostly me!) who love researching and planning trips for fun. If that's you, but you still have some questions and need help making decisions, I also offer a one-hour consultation session for 50.00 USD.

Terms & Conditions

Paris by BrookeTM is a travel planning agency founded by Brooke Feldman. All itineraries are curated via the client intake form and with direct correspondence with clients. Every Paris by BrookeTM itinerary is entirely customized and tailored to the specific client. Once we have an initial planning call and agree on the main parameters of the trip, it takes me about two weeks for an itinerary to be created.

Please note I am responsible for recommendations and NOT reservations or ticketing unless we've agreed on that specifically. Otherwise, reservations and ticketing for any restaurants, tours, or sites are the responsibility of the client. Although, I can help out with restaurant reservations for places that don't offer online reservations.

There are no refunds issued once a Paris by BrookeTM itinerary or service has been delivered. I am always available for follow-up questions and small changes, but any major amendments or additional requests will incur an additional fee.

All itineraries are up to date and as accurate as possible at the time they are delivered. Unexpected closures do happen and may be encountered-especially in France! I will keep you up-to-date and informed as best as possible when this happens. While Paris by BrookeTM cannot assume legal responsibility or liability for anything that happens on your trip, I am available to help you navigate any major questions or concerns that may arise during your trip and in case of emergencies. For day-to-day support while in Paris, Paris by BrookeTM offers a "WhatsApp Concierge" service for $30/day.

Every Paris by BrookeTM itinerary includes recommendations that were prepared for each client individually. In purchasing an itinerary with Brooke, every client agrees to not reproduce, copy, or distribute the content as one’s own intel or share the work product with anyone outside the intended recipient. Should it be found this has occurred, the legal offices of Friedman Rosenwasser & Goldbaum will be in touch. By working with Paris by BrookeTM you are agreeing to proceed under these terms and conditions. Merci beaucoup!
